Dear Sir I would like if you please to have my Discharge as my father has died since I went into the service and the only brother has died to since I enlisted and has left my mother and five small children, and I have served two years in the frunt and I have been in the hospital for five months and I am not fit for the field. I have the Chronic Brounchitus My mother has no home only as she rents and no one to take care off her
